We handle real estate assignments from start to finish; we conduct a legal review of the property, negotiate and draw up a reservation agreement and a deed of sale, represent the client in the transaction confirmation with a notary, notify the land registry of the change of ownership, prepare tax returns and, if necessary, deal with the bank, property management office and water and electricity utilities.
