Jassi has extensive experience in EU law and international treaty-related issues from the perspective of legislative drafting, courts and legal counsel.
In addition to his Master of Laws degree, Jassi was awarded the title of Deputy Judge in 2021 after completing his court apprenticeship at the Helsinki District Court, and he is licensed to act as a legal counsel representing clients in court proceedings. In addition, he has completed a court internship at the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg. In terms of data protection law, he holds the internationally recognized CIPP/E certificate.
In addition to Finnish and English, Jassi speaks fluent Spanish.

José María has over 30 years of experience as a lawyer. José María has been handling legal matters related to Spain for Finns since 2009, so he also has solid knowledge of Finnish law.
José María's special expertise includes family and inheritance law, tax law and real estate law. José María is particularly familiar with cross-border issues in these areas of law.
In addition to his Spanish law degree, José María has completed a specialization in tax law.

Mia has extensive experience advising companies and owner-entrepreneurs on a wide range of tax and legal matters. Her areas of expertise include domestic and international corporate taxation, planning of ownership and corporate structures and related corporate restructuring, general corporate law, as well as cross-border mobility situations. At the core of her work is bringing clarity to complex situations and building solutions that support the client’s business.
In addition to completing her Master of Laws degree in 2019, Mia graduated with a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University in 2026. She advises clients in Finnish and English.
