Time-based charging or fixed price
Hourly rate
Our fees are determined based on the hours worked, the quantity and quality of each assignment. Factors such as the difficulty of the work, its urgency, and the value or importance of the benefit in question may also be considered.
The standard hourly rate is €220 plus VAT (25.5%) (€276.10). The minimum billable period is fifteen (15) minutes. Unless otherwise agreed, we invoice according to the standard hourly rate of €276.10 per hour (VAT included).
Fixed price
A fixed price can also be agreed with the customer for the performance of the assignment. The examples below show the most typical assignments where a fixed price can be agreed, as well as a general description of the content of the service.

Expenses and Disbursements
All general direct or indirect costs incurred by the Firm in providing the service shall be borne by the Client. The Client shall also be responsible for paying any expenses – whether advanced by the Firm or not – with third parties or authorities (taxes, notaries, registries, translators, experts, court agents, administrators, etc.).
Legal expenses insurance and legal aid from state funds
We always check whether the client has legal expenses insurance. We file a legal expenses claim with the insurance company on behalf of the client and ensure that the insurance covers the costs incurred.
Legal expenses benefit is usually included in a private individual's home insurance and typically covers a large portion of the legal expenses incurred in the case, excluding the deductible.
In the case of private individuals, we also determine whether the client is entitled to legal aid from state funds. If the client is entitled to legal aid, our office's fee is determined in accordance with the decree on the grounds for legal aid.
